ONESTOP CITY SERVICES

Creating a brand that attracts attention

on both local and global market.

We have created a coherent brand ecosystem that effectively supports OneStop City Services both in the country and abroad. As ID Group, we are responsible not only for creation, but also for implementation, standardization, and long-term thinking about brand development. It is this model of partnership-based, strategic, and flexible cooperation that allows us to operate effectively where branding meets business.

Vision and mission

OneStop City Services is a brand whose goal is to simplify public transport in towns and cities. The company developed innovative solutions for both ticket sales and control that are accessible to everyone, without the need for registration, downloading apps, or integration with municipal systems. The company’s mission is to create accessible, secure, and intuitive services that genuinely improve the passenger experience and make life in the city easier.

Process

Our task was to build a complete visual identification system that would support the brand in entering new markets and creating recognition in an international environment. We began the project by preparing a logo and a complete logopack and logoguide, defining the rules for using the mark in various physical and digital contexts.

It was a basis to develop a full line of printed materials, including business cards, leaflets, letterhead, notebooks, ticket validator stickers, as well as a full set of event and trade fair materials, including photo walls, stands, and roll-ups. Everything was adapted to various exhibition formats. The communication was complemented by company presentations and dedicated templates, which ensured consistency in the presentation of the brand’s offer.

The digital tools were worked on simultaneously. We designed and implemented a website that served both informational and sales functions, as well as an application interface that met UX requirements and was accessible to a wide range of users. As far as communication is concerned, we focused on clarity, security, and innovation so that every interaction with the brand, both offline and online, would be intuitive, consistent, and trust-building.

Communication strategy

Communication with OneStop City Services was designed to be simple, clear, and functionality-oriented, just like the brand’s product. We created a message that explained the technology in an accessible way while inspiring trust among decision-makers in the public and municipal sectors.

We concentrated on benefit-focused language, transparency, and a modern tone of voice that reflected the brand’s character as a provider of simple, intuitive, and scalable solutions. The brand’s communication—both in visual and text areas—reflected three key values: accessibility, reliability, and innovation.

The brand unveiled its new identity at the TRANSEXPO International Fair in Kielce, where it presented its technology at a dedicated stand. Our team delivered the design and materials, we also organized all the elements in the space provided. Thanks to consistent branding and professional presentation, the brand effectively stood out from the competition and established new business relationships.

OneStop City Services got onto the market with an ambitious assumption to make the public transport easier to access and to create solutions that would truly make the passengers’ life simple. It was our goal to translate this vision into consistent brand language. We did succeed to do so. The brand gained a reputation as a reliable, innovative partner that consistently pursued its mission, including on the international stage.

The project for OneStop City Services is an example of a comprehensive approach that combines brand strategy, consistent visual identity, and effective communication tools, both offline and online. Our goal was not to create individual materials, but to design an entire image system that would be scalable, functional, and ready to use in various contexts—from trade fairs, through sales, to end use.
