These are challenges that we at ID Group take on with pleasure and enthusiasm. We treated this project as another opportunity to demonstrate our creativity and professionalism.
 
      Project assumptions
The key objective while preparing the project for N-Home was to create a brand image that, despite being new to the market, would inspire trust and professionalism at the very first glance. We wanted the visual identity to not only distinguish N-Home from its competitors, but emphasize its aspirations to work with developers and business clients, as well as with individuals. The project involved building a consistent communication system that would allow the brand to develop in the long term—from the logo and printed materials to visual standards and team training. This enabled N-Home to enter the market with a clear message that they were a reliable partner in the real estate world, ready to handle large projects and demanding clients.
 
      Process
Our actions came as a follow-up of an in-depth business analysis, a series of conversations with the clients, as well as internal meetings. We started by creating a unique logo that perfectly reflected the company’s aspirations and values. The design was created with the aim of building the brand’s image as a reliable and modern partner, capable of implementing ambitious projects.
On this basis, we created a comprehensive brandbook, which became the foundation for consistent visual communication. The entire branding strategy included the implementation of visual identification on all levels—from printed materials such as business cards, leaflets, letterhead, folders, and roll-ups; through corporate gadgets; to digital communication tools, including graphic templates for social media. The result of ID Group’s work is the continuous development of visual identity, which we initiated in 2017, as well as a comprehensive brand strategy. This has enabled N-Home to grow from a small two-person company into one of the leading players in the real estate market.
We organized dedicated training sessions that enabled N-Home employees to understand and implement new visual communication standards in a practical way. Interactive sessions and hands-on exercises allowed the team not only to master new tools, but also to build awareness of the importance of consistent brand representation at every touchpoint with the customer. This approach enabled effective implementation of the new image in everyday activities while ensuring that each employee became the brand’s ambassador, which was key to the consistency of N-Home image.

      Communication strategy
The N-Home brand communication strategy focused on building trust, professionalism, and innovation. We created a simple tone of voice that yet carried expert knowledge to appeal to both individual customers and business partners. The key values in the brand message were reliability, commitment, and openness, therefore every element of communication we created, from content to visual form, reinforced the impression of stability and competence.

Social media is also key to building a strong brand. With this in mind, we organized special workshops on this topic for N-Home employees, which focused on crucial aspects of content marketing and advertising campaigns. The goal of the training was not only to share theoretical knowledge, but also to enable participants to apply the latest tools and strategies in real marketing activities for the brand. The workshops not only provided theoretical knowledge, but also enabled the practical implementation of the discussed strategies in real advertising campaigns. As a result, each participant gained specific skills that translate into building strong and effective online communication.
 
      Thanks to strictly defined communication standards and a consistent branding strategy, the company has gained the trust of developers and corporate partners, effectively positioning itself as a reliable and dynamic player in the real estate market.
