ForVendi

A consistent strategy that brought

three brands into one cohesive entity.

ForVendi is an ISV partner on the AppExchange platform, offering Salesforce subscription products in the SaaS model. It creates native applications that automate business processes and enable faster value realization from Salesforce implementations. The brand operates globally, delivering solutions that are precisely tailored to user needs and Salesforce ecosystem requirements.

Project assumptions

Our design focused on professionalism, innovation, and technological advancement, topped off with a clear message about the benefits. Visually, the brand combines modern minimalism with dynamic accents that emphasize its expert character and affiliation with the Salesforce ecosystem. Every element—from the logo, through printed materials, to event design—was designed to reinforce ForVendi’s image as a reliable technology partner.

Process

 

Our task was to create a consistent, modern visual identity system that covers both the main brand and products from the portfolio (including Forvendi). We began the project by designing a logo, which was created on a precise construction grid and formed the basis of the entire visual architecture of the brand.

 

The next step was to prepare a logoguide, i.e., a document defining the rules for using the logo, colors, and typography to maintain consistency across all channels. We implemented graphic elements on the website, designed business cards, gadgets, notebooks, and prepared presentation templates to enable consistent internal and external communication. As part of our event activities, we developed photo walls, stands, roll-ups, printed bags, and other materials that we provided to the brand for industry events.

 

An extra challenge was keeping the visual style consistent across the whole group of brands that ForVendi is part of. We also work on branding for the other labels in the client’s portfolio, giving them a shared visual style while making sure each of them keeps their individual character. This way, all the brands form a cohesive ecosystem where each element boosts the recognition and reputation of the whole group.

 

This is how we created a consistent visual identity system that supports brand recognition and enables flawless communication across multiple channels. As a result, the brand presents itself in a coherent and professional manner at every touchpoint with the customer—from the first visit to the website to meetings at international industry events.

Thanks to the common language of the three brands in the client’s portfolio, we created a unified narrative that builds trust and emphasizes their mutual connections.

We created the ForVendi website, which has become a key brand communication tool. We wanted to combine modern design with functionality to reflect the innovative nature of the company’s solutions. The architecture of the website was designed with a clear presentation of products and their market advantages in mind while allowing for easy scaling as the portfolio grows. We paid special attention to UX/UI to ensure intuitive navigation and quick access to key content. Today, the website serves not only as a showcase for the brand, but also as a platform supporting sales and building trust among business partners and customers. Thanks to that it can effectively present itself on both the local and global markets.

Our actions for ForVendi were built around innovation and technological know-how, emphasizing their position as experts in the world of Salesforce. We focused on a consistent visual and narrative language that combined three brands into a unified whole and strengthened customer trust. Thanks to this, the brand presents itself as a partner in business development and not a mere supplier of tools.
