Comprehensive identification

for a Salesforce-native brand.

Facturio is a modern invoicing solution, fully Salesforce-native, which can be set up in minutes. It offers e-invoice support, QR code generation, and full automation of invoicing processes—directly from the Salesforce ecosystem.

Project assumptions

Our goal was to develop visual identity and communication tools that would reflect the technological and practical nature of the product. We wanted Facturio to be perceived as an intuitive and reliable business solution, and the image to support its positioning among innovative AppExchange applications.

Process

 

We began by designing a logo, which became the starting point for further branding activities. We opted for a simple, modern symbol that would clearly evoke the technological nature of the brand, and then developed a logo guide to ensure consistency at every touchpoint with the recipient.

 

The next step was to prepare visual identity elements that gave the brand a professional and recognizable character. We created templates for social media and a presentation matrix to support Facturio in its communication with customers and business partners. The central point of the project was the website, which we designed as a key communication and sales tool.

 

We combined modern design with intuitive UX/UI, building a platform that not only presents the brand’s functional values, but also emphasizes its innovation and positions it among the leading Salesforce-native solutions.

As far as communication is concerned, it was crucial for Facturio to emphasize the simplicity and reliability of the solution, which was fully integrated with Salesforce. We opted for a professional yet accessible ton of voice to clearly show the business value of the tool—quick implementation, e-invoice support, and modern invoicing standards. A consistent visual system and sales support materials were designed to build credibility and strengthen the brand’s position as a reliable technology partner.

The Facturio website design was based on simplicity and clarity in order to present the potential of the application in an intuitive way. We focused on transparent information architecture, modern UX/UI, and clear, benefit-focused language. This emphasized the main advantages of the product, which were short implementation time, regulatory compliance, and comfort of use. As a result, the website serves as both a showcase for the brand and a sales tool, supporting its presence in the international Salesforce ecosystem.

In this project, we focused on a consistent communication system that emphasized the simplicity and reliability of the Salesforce-native solution. Starting with website design, through graphic elements and sales materials, finishing with social media and presentation templates. Here, every detail was designed to strengthen the professional image of the brand and build its credibility in a competitive market.
